A school trip to Die for the Moyenne and Grande Section classes
From 13 to 17 May 2024, Moyenne Section and Grande Section pupils stayed at the Martouret centre in Die: forest, land art, climbing and farms.
From 13 to 17 May 2024, the Moyenne Section and Grande Section classes went on a nature school trip to the Martouret centre in Die.
During the week, the children explored the surrounding forest and discovered the local fauna and flora on educational hikes. They also discovered land art by creating ephemeral works from natural materials. They tried climbing under the supervision of qualified instructors.
Visits to a butterfly farm and an organic farm helped them understand the importance of biodiversity and of farming practices that respect the environment. A trip to the historic centre of Die finally gave them a glimpse of the local heritage.
This educational and fun stay was an unforgettable experience, combining learning, adventure and discovery.
