My child attends another school: can they come on Wednesdays and in the holidays?

  • On Wednesdays, from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, from age 2 up to and including 6e (Year 7), in groups of 12 children at most
  • In the holidays: the first week of the autumn (Toussaint) holidays, the first week of the spring holidays and the first three weeks of July

The brevet and after 3e

Does every pupil sit the brevet?

Yes. Every 3e pupil, without exception, sits the diplôme national du brevet, the French national exam at the end of middle school, in its version without continuous assessment: everything is decided at the final exams, and the pass rate is regularly 100%. In connection with the Éducation nationale, pupils also take the ASSR 1 in 5e and the ASSR 2 in 3e, the school road-safety certificates.

Updated on

What happens after 3e?

Eridan teaches pupils up to 3e and the brevet: there are no classes beyond that. Pupils then continue their education at another school, in France or abroad. The French national curriculum, followed rigorously, the brevet and the Cambridge English exam taken in 3e prepare them for it.
