The Great Barrier Reef in Moyenne Section
Moyenne Section pupils explored the Great Barrier Reef and learned how to protect the ocean.
The Moyenne Section pupils explored the Great Barrier Reef, a colourful underwater world home to a wide variety of fish, turtles, dolphins and even whales.
Visible from space, this reef looks like a living coral city. Among other things, the children learned that coral, which grows slowly, can turn white if the water is too warm but can regain its colours afterwards. They also discovered how important it is to protect this ecosystem by not polluting the ocean and by respecting marine creatures.
