Theatre projects in middle school
Every year, middle school students stage plays in French and English, with costumes and sets created across several subjects.
Theatre projects are created every year, thanks to our two middle school teachers who specialise in drama. They are done by class or across several classes, in French and in English, with cross-curricular work beforehand with all the teachers to create the costumes and sets (art, history, French...).
Our 4e class (2019-2020) worked on:
- Romeo & Juliet
Our 5e and 4e classes (2018-2019) staged and performed the following plays with their French teacher, with sets and costumes:
- Le Cid
- Dracula
- Les Fourberies de Scapin
Very fine work by the middle school students, who took great pleasure in taking part in this project. Well done everyone!
